                The following is the cause of the issue:  Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. 
Change the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". Then select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:  Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing  |
