You are not setup to get any data from us - meaning that you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have also never been getting any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you were getting real-time data, then that would have been through your trading service. What trading service are you using? Are you using a different service now than you were previously?
