Your Global Profit/Loss Management is showing that it did try to flatten your position when you hit a loss value of -$750.00. You would need to look through your Trade Activity Log and make sure there was a flatten order sent based on the above. If it was, but your position was not properly flattened, then this would be a Rithmic issue, where they did not properly take care of the order.
