I am trying to help a client who uses IB, and is having troubles getting data. He was offline for a while and the old chartbooks would not work. It appears the symbol for FGBL changed to GBL-202412-EUREX. This is the main line of concern in the Windows Message Log (attached). 2024-09-30 18:55:52.128 | Interactive Brokers | Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: GBL-202412-EUREX The bars appear, but the last candle is almost 2 weeks old.
