Hi Sierra Team, I appear to be missing July and August chart data across all of my charts (after re-activating my account). I have tried downloading historical data and also intra-day data by selecting the delete the re-download option but I still cannot seem to pull the missing July, August data. I also tried opening a new intraday chart from scratch but the data is missing from the scid file. How can I pull the missing data please? |
