Yes, you can change it back to the way it was by setting the Input for "TPO Letter/Block Color" to be anything other than "Separate Colors for Day and Evening Sessions". Or you can change the color of the Value Area subgraph's secondary color to change the color of the evening session (the primary color sets the Day session color).
