I opened 2 new eval accounts with Apex this morning. When I go to place an order it is being rejected and I'm getting this error message: "Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order Reject). Rejected at RMS. Product Code not permissioned (ZB). Symbol ZBZ4.CBOT. Account Apex-22138-66." I've had plenty of accounts and have never had this issue before. Can you tell me what I need to do to resolve it so that I can place trades? Please advise. Thank you. |
