Thank you very much for working on this. Stage 5 confirmed they have already enabled historical and intraday data for my Dorman account. They said CQG provides 90 days of intraday and 3 years of historical (email attached). Now I am only able to see 15 days of intraday data on the WDO and DOL symbols and only a few days of intraday data on IND and WIN symbols. Regarding historical data, I now can see all the data on the WDO and DOL symbols but the data on IND and WIN symbols are not accurate, missing several days/candles. When I try to load any of the previous contracts on all of those symbols, I get the message attached. Can you please advise? Thanks again for your help. |
