The things to check are the following: - Do you have an active exchange - Yes you do. - If you are getting data for the CME Group, then is your "Verified Until" date set to some time in the future - Yes, it is set to "2024-10-13". - Is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "Yes" - You need to check this. If the above are set properly, then you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data feed. Also, if you have the symbol set to display in your Chart Header, then you will see a symbol of '[M]' (no quotes) showing after the symbol. That '[M]' indicates the data is coming from Sierra Chart.
