YM data are 10 minutes delayed after launching SC and pulling intraday YM chart. After loading delayed data, they don't tick. I have a fresh installation of SC, I also have "CME: Depth: $5" selected in my T4 online platform (t4login.com). Other CME instruments, such as NQ, don't load delayed, and tick normally.
