You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. The exchange that you had active in August did not renew on September 1, 2024 as you did not have enough funds in your account for the renewal on that day. If you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges You will also need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update your "Verified Until" date for your non-professional standing. Right now, this date is expired and is showing as "2024-08-29".
