You are getting your data from us, so this is not about Rithmic data.

Please do the following for us:
- Select "Window >> Message Log".
- On the Message Log window, select "Edit >> Clear Message Log"
- Right click on the chart prior to the current day (so sometime where the data is from August 1) and select "Delete and Download Data".
- Wait 30 seconds, then on the Message Log select the option for "Send For Analysis" (this is actually a button at the top of the Message Log, even though it does not look like a button).
- Post back in this thread and let us know that you have sent the log.

We'll then take a look and see what it is showing.
