The 12 days you are referring to is your Usage Time from the package you purchased. This renews on a rolling 31 day cycle. This is separate from the exchanges. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. You had deactivated the exchange that you had active, so it did not renew on the first day of September. We see that you have activated an exchange now, so you should be getting the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to both installations. We can not say why you were getting real-time data in one instance and not in another. That data was coming from Rithmic, so you would need to have asked them about this.
