You are not setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, whatever issues you are having is with the Rithmic data. Refer to our policy on Rithmic data at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy We see that you did have an exchange activated in August, but you had set it to not renew. If you intend to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to have an active exchange.
