I'm having the same problems, multiple times now. There is a difference between the Volatility stop scenario and the Denali feed freezing altogether. When the freeze happens a few times during the 830AM EST releases some infrastructure is failing and Denali needs to fix it. Volume trades while I am disconnected, this is different than a specific market volatility stop scenario where there's no volume trading and it's "whiteboxed" Someone needs to look into this, being back online at 831 is unacceptable in so many levels. |
