The wick thickness is controlled in the Width setting for the "Bar High-Low Down" and "Bar High-Low Up" graphics settings. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Bar High-Low Down We are not sure what you are looking for in terms of the "Candlestick Width" as this could be a few different items.
