Hello, I would like to use the Trading Evaluator to trade NASDAQ TotalView symbols. When I want to place my order, this Message appears: Trading Evaluator (Order reject). Info: Symbol is unknown for trading. Internal Order ID: 173. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: SPY-NQTV. Account: 0001 * It is the same for all NASDAQ TotalView Symbols. It works via the data service “SC Data - All Services”. However, this is not sufficient for the simulation, as I cannot add an account with a balance. I have subscribed to package 12 and the Denali Exchange Data Feed NASDAQ TotalView. Can I trade the NASDAQ TotalView symbols in the Trading Evaluator? If it is not possible, what are the alternatives to trade with a simulated account with balance? I already tried to Udate the Symbols from the Server. Many thanks in advance. |
