I discovered the issue today. I have a custom study which was calling sc.SetStudyVisibilityState on study ID 0, the main price graph (main graph was the default input when another study was not selected). Apparently doing so hides bar coloring. So, I just modified the code to ensure that it would only try to hide studies which were not ID 0. Apologies for creating this thread and thank you.
