There is not a way to put buttons in the graphics area. But you can add Control Bar Buttons to do what you want. Although we are not sure exactly what the difference is between "...cancel all market orders and ...close all open operations". But look through the options for the control bar buttons to see if what you want is there, in particular the "Flatten" options.
