It sounds like the Market Depth data is not being saved while it is coming in. Refer to the third bullet at the top of this section: Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data As the instructions state for editing the symbol settings, make sure the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" is enabled (has a checkmark) or else the setting to store the Market Depth data for that symbol will not be used.
