Hi, I renewed my subscription but for package 11 and I also have paid for CME live data feed however I am getting no limit order data in my chart like I used to. Do I need package 12 for the depth of market orders for S&P500 e-minis / micros? I do have a trial of package 12 just to see if it was that but it's still not there? I have rebuilt my machine I copied the chart templates but maybe I've forgot to set something up in the settings? |
