Hello, I am currently subscribed to Denali Package 11 for symbol ESU24-CME, and am having trouble viewing market depth past level 1. When viewing any of the DOM interfaces or the Market Depth Window, I can only see 1 level. I have walked through every support page I can find on the topic, but none have alleviated the issue. Can you assist in identifying what is preventing me from seeing Market Depth past level 1? Thank you, Peter |
