The data starts immediately once you have everything properly setup. In your case, everything looks good and there is nothing in your log that shows any issue. The one thing we want to point out is that the Z contract is not the current front contract, so it is not traded much at this time, so you would have periods of no trading. Open a chart for ESU24-CME instead in order to see if you are having a problem or not.
