Order alerts have no relationship at all to the quantity of an order. They are strictly based upon individual orders. So there is a misunderstanding about this. You can see all of your orders in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders. If you have set an alert sound to played when an order has been canceled, any order that is canceled, will generate an alert. This will not change. Orders do not have a profit or loss attribute.
