You need to look at the "Trade Activity Log" and see why the Stop was removed. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Determining the Origin of a New/Modified Order Most likely, you had the "Time in Force" set to "Day", therefore the Stop would have been removed at the end of the trading day and not been present overnight.
