You are getting the Volume data, it is just much smaller for that time period in comparison to the more recent data. Hence the bars are simply not very tall. If you uncheck the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values", then you will not have the "Minimum Market by Order Quantity" setting having any affect.
