You need to set the width of the Candlestick to be very narrow. To do this, open the "Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart" and deselect the option at the top that states "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings". Then select the "Other" tab and set the "Candlestick Width" to a value around "10". You may have to re-apply the Study/Price Overlay study after making this change.
