We can't say. It depends on how many studies you have, the types of studies and how CPU intensive they can be, and whether there are any dependencies between the charts (such as a Study/Price Overlay). The only setting that affects how the replay plays back is the "Chart Update Interval", but this should not be changed (or changing) from real-time to replay, so there should not be any differences due to this.
