In the attached image you will see the message "Calculating Studies" in the upper left hand corner of the graphics area. Whenever you make a change like this, the studies have to fully recalculate, and it looks like you have a lot of studies, or at least some studies that require a lot of calculation time. The system will come back after the studies are calculated.
