it's weird because i'm able to ping the server and get a response.. i think the socket error is complaining that it has connectivity but the host is hanging or rejecting the connection. 2024-07-16 08:47:54.346 | DTC Client socket (1) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. *
