We see no reason why this would have to do with the Move to Breakeven setting. We have tried submitting an order for EUR.USD to TWS both with that option enabled and disabled and we see odd behavior. TWS increases the price of the Sell stop to a price higher than the market price and then it gets canceled. You will need to seek help from IB about this. None of this is happening from the Sierra Chart side.
