I have service package 11, and I'm signed in to Rithmic Direct - DTC through my APEX prop trading account. I've also been accepted for CME Non-Professional real-time data. My issue is that when I go into Sierra and try to "find symbol" for live CME futures charts (such as MNQ), I can see a "Futures - CME" tab but not a "Futures - CME (realtime)" tab. I think there might be a problem with my setup, but I can't find an answer online. Please let me know what I'm missing. Thank you.
