The original post says user 39696 has an Interactive Brokers account and pays exchanges fees to IB for data. The message log shows SC is trying to connect and get data from the Top Step Rithmic Server in Chicago. Is User 39696 trading a Top Step prop account as well as an Interactive Brokers account? That would require 2 instances of SC, 1 connected to Interactive Brokers and 1 connected to the Top Step Rithmic Server.
