Urgent. No matter what I do an open order in the form of a single triangle remains on the chart. I tried to cancel/flatten. I tried to close it by placing an order to negate it. When I do, the mystery triangle does close out but a new one immediately opens up. I can't stop the permanent liability risk. Note I called EdgeClear and they say there is no open order, however, as I said, as soon as another order is placed the phantom order will close out and leave me with a new phantom order. I spoke to EdgeClear and that will have the account liquidated in the morning. They think it is a software glitch. I have the chart in 'trading locked' mode but remain concerned a liability will be occurring overnight. |
