We know how Sierra Chart is designed. We cannot be convinced of something that we know cannot happen automatically. Even restarting Sierra Chart will not cause Trade Simulation Mode to be enabled.

You will definitely be prompted to confirm when Trade Simulation Mode is enabled. Or even disabled.

The only conceivable way this can happen on its own is if memory were corrupted and the variable which holds the state has been changed due to the memory corruption. However, if this were the case, Sierra Chart would become unstable and would end up shutting down either immediately or shortly after.

What we are going to do is add to the Trade Activity Log entries which indicate when Trade Simulation Mode is enabled or disabled. This will also include the date and time. This will be out in the next release.
