Hello everyone, Thanks for following up. C_money thanks for the solution suggestions. Since I have been trading with apex and sierra for 1.5 years I had of course already signed the documents. Like you said it is a prerequisite otherwise nothing would work. What had solved the issue for me was, like you said, and I guess it makes sense putting that in the documentation, to switch the server to apex Chicago. I had it set for the 1.5 years to rithmic direct and it stopped working all of a sudden. The solution was to switch the server to Apex |
