Just to follow up (6 hours later). I followed the instructions at Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart and this resolved the issue for the NQU4 contract. But it didn't resolve it for MNQU4 (MNQU4.CME[M]). I have 1597 tick bars today at 1800 and 1805, and then the next bar is 0740 (and on 55 ticks, that is 18:21:39 and then 07:39:58) -- a gap of more than 13 hours. I also tried "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" (3 times) -- it did not fix it either. I have data from 07:40 so that at least is helpful -- but am not sure why I cannot get the missing intraday data for this 13-hour gap. |
