You need to check to see if you have the same issue in your main instance (not in a sub-instance). In the Main Instance, open a chart for GCQ24_FUT_CME and see if you are able to get the data or if you have the same issue as in the sub-instance. If the data loads in the main instance, then open the sub-instance and see if the data is loading properly in there.
