I have a Volume study on the chart, in the second region, as shown on the picture. The problem is that the height of the region changes whenever I open the Chart/Chart settings window, and for example I push the Apply button (however I make no changes in the settings of the chart. The two attached pictures show the change in the display of the Volume study.
