There are issues with Rithmic order handling with the interface Sierra Chart uses to Rithmic . This is not an issue on the Sierra Chart side. Our recommendation when this happens is to do the following in this order: Select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service If that does not resolve the issue then: Select File >> Reconnect Also regarding this: 2024-06-17 09:44:58.986 | Trade activity files set size: 2175 That is a larger number of files.
