thanks for getting back to me once again. I had checked the password cause before but thats not it. It worked for 1,5 years and I havent changed the password since. So ill be waiting for APEX to answer. One last thing just for understanding purposes: Lets say when everything was working fine before; I had set selected service to rithmic direct. I had put my info for trading username and trading Password to my rithmic credentials (see screenshot in my first post) .. AND I had market data username and market data password also set to my rithmic credentials (again, see screenshot): does this mean I received data from rithmic or Denali? |
