What is the difference between the NASDAQ TotalView and the Consolidated Tape? I've read through it several times and am not making sense of it. From what I currently understand, TotalView is not tick-by-tick data, but Consolidated tape is. So what exactly does TotalView give you? I'm looking for all US stock data (historical and real-time) + level 2 depth to be viewed on the Sierra Chart platform, essentially mimicking what CME full depth currently does for futures.
