dont understand why every time Sierra_Chart Engineering answers the answers are so rude and when "John" answers the responses are a lot more gentle. I put some time into my question and researched with rithmic and APEX before contacting you bc I kinda expected the tone of your answer to be like this and you were kinda the last resort.
