We have to believe that those columns are the "Current Traded..." columns given the header you have assigned to those. We do not have the "Combine Increment in Ticks" setup to apply to those columns. The "Combine Increment in Ticks" only applies to the main Bid and Ask Market Depth data. You can also have it apply to the "Recent Bid" and "Recent Ask" columns if you set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Recent Bid Ask Volume Columns".
