                Most likely the symbols in the chartbook are not correct for the service you are using. Open the Chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".  This should take care of it. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:  Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing  |
