SC engineers, I no longer want the Denali - CBOT with Market Depth for non-professional ($12.50 monthly)any more. It didn't do me any good. That's why I DEACTIVATED it and pay for the Service Package 11 only! No more SP 12 and Market Depth data. Did I do anything wrong to activate SP 11? Please assist further asap! Thank you so much.
