Start by rebooting your computer. As the message states, this should just be temporary and rebooting will reset your computer's routing information, so hopefully this will resolve it.

If this does not resolve the issue, then you would need to check with Rithmic to see if they are having a problem of some kind that is causing you to continue to get this message.
