Our servers show that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "Interactive Brokers". As such, the symbols in that chartbook are not correct for that service. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in order to update the symbols for the chartbook to what is needed for Interactive Brokers.
