You have the wrong symbols for some of your charts. For instance, we see the following: - MES-202212-CME-USD - ESM24-CME There may be others as well. Any symbol that is not recognized by Rithmic will cause a problem, which is what you are seeing. You need to change, or remove, those symbols.
