The Keyboard Shortcuts are mostly the same items that are available from the menu options. Therefore the option for "Quickly Changing Bar Period", which is available under the Chart menu, does only open the help documents for how to change the bar period. Note that there are multiple options for bar periods that can be setup in the Keyboard Shortcuts, along with a single "Custom" one.
